Connect a Facebook Page
OAuth flow for Facebook Pages, plus what scopes Unison requests and where to revoke.
Unison publishes to Facebook Pages, not personal profiles. Pages are owned by a personal account that has admin rights, so the connect flow signs you in with the personal account first.
- 1
Open Settings → Channels and click Add channel.
- 2
Pick Facebook from the network grid. You will be redirected to
facebook.comto authorise. - 3
Sign in with the personal account that admins the Page or Pages you want to publish to.
- 4
Approve the requested scopes. Unison asks for
pages_show_list,pages_read_engagement,pages_manage_posts, pluspages_manage_engagementfor the unified inbox. - 5
Pick which Pages should appear as channels in your workspace. Each Page counts as one channel against your plan limit.
What you can publish
- Text posts with optional link card
- Image and video posts (up to 4GB video)
- Multi-image posts (up to 10 items)
- Native link previews with custom title and image override
Comments and inbox
Comments on Pages published through Unison surface in the unified inbox (Pro and Team plans). Reply right from the inbox without bouncing back to Meta Business Suite.
Removing access
Disconnect inside Unison to delete the token. You can also revoke from Facebook at Settings → Business Integrations.
